Notifications delayed or not arriving

Click your profile picture → Settings → Notifications — check that notifications are turned on for the relevant categories.

Quit Teams from the system tray completely and reopen it.

Restart the laptop — this is the most reliable fix for notification delays that appear after a Windows update.
