Scanned drawings don't appear on my laptop

Check the scan destination folder set on the scanner or printer — scans are often sent to a shared network folder rather than directly to your laptop.

If the destination is a OneDrive or SharePoint folder, check the sync status (see OneDrive section) — the scan may have arrived but not yet synced down to your laptop.

Ask whoever is near the scanner to confirm the scan completed successfully on the device's own screen.
