Printer shows as 'Offline'
The printer appears offline and won't accept print jobs.
Step-by-step fix · 4 steps

Check the printer is powered on and connected to the office network — look for a Wi-Fi or network light on the printer itself.

Restart the printer — turn it off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.

Restart your laptop.

Remove and re-add the printer: Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners → remove the printer, then click 'Add device'.
