PDF won't open, opens blank, or looks corrupted

A drawing file opens as blank or appears corrupted inside Bluebeam.

Step-by-step fix · 4 steps

  1. 1

    Try opening a different PDF to confirm whether it's the file or Bluebeam itself.

  2. 2

    Open the problem file in Chrome (drag it into the browser window) — if it looks fine there, the file is OK.

  3. 3

    If the file is damaged, ask the sender to resend it, or re-download from SharePoint.

  4. 4

    If no PDFs open at all, restart Bluebeam, then restart the laptop.
