D&C Estimate holds a perpetual (lifetime) licence for Bluebeam Revu 20. Upgrading to version 21 or later will break the licence and take you offline.

Never click 'Upgrade', 'Update to Revu 21', or any similar prompt inside Bluebeam or Windows. Doing so will break your licence and you will be unable to open any drawing files until IT restores it.

We hold a perpetual licence for Bluebeam Revu 20. This means you own the software outright at version 20 — there is no ongoing subscription that covers later versions.

Bluebeam Revu 21 switched to a subscription-only model. If you upgrade, you will be prompted for a paid subscription and your current licence will stop working.

If you see any prompt inside Bluebeam asking you to 'Upgrade to Revu 21' or 'Try the new Revu', click Dismiss or Cancel — do not proceed.

If Windows Update, the Microsoft Store, or any other tool prompts you to update Bluebeam, decline and contact IT/Admin immediately.

If you have accidentally upgraded, do not attempt to re-install Bluebeam yourself. Contact IT/Admin right away — they will restore the correct version.
Tip
If you are unsure which version you have, open Bluebeam and go to Help → About Bluebeam Revu. The version number should begin with 20.
