Calendar not updating or appointments missing
Your calendar isn't refreshing or shared calendars appear out of sync.

Press F9 to force a full sync.

Close and reopen Outlook.

Check outlook.office.com in Chrome — if the calendar is correct there, the issue is a desktop app cache problem; restart Outlook.

Restart the laptop.
